Black mustard oil is incredibly versatile. Store it in a dark spot and bring it out to cook vegetables in. Another dietary delight, Punjabi style aam ka achaar (mango pickle) is almost always preserved in mustard oil, which lends the pickle its characteristic blend of strong flavors. Try pickling some raw mangoes when they are in season! Our black mustard oil will balance the sourness of the mangoes perfectly.
